We are friends with a variety of people in Malawi, but a few that are very VERY dear to us are Grace and Cosmas. We've known Grace since we've arrived in Malawi. She is a senior lady that is majoring in Education. Her demeanor and spirit command respect. I like to call her the queen bee of the senior class because she barks orders softly at every function the seniors put on to raise funds for their senior trip. She is always ALWAYS willing to lend a hand and help anyone whether in need or not.
Cosmas is the assistant sports director and works hand in hand with Jeff in the sports department. Seeing Jeff and Cos interact is like watching two guys just hang out and make the sports department work. Cos also works hand in hand with Noel from San Diego (ABC graduate) for The Chisomo Idea. Cos has always been and continues to be a true leader for Christ. His main goal in life is preach the gospel in whatever form whether it's rapping, singing, administrating etc etc. Jeff always says he couldn't get 3/4 of the things done he needs to in the sports dept without Cos being there.

We took Grace and Cos out to dinner for their birthdays with Christy. We had a great time and were able to just relax, enjoy a great dinner with good conversation, and celebrate Grace & Cos.
